Welcome to the Gatehouse villa in Orlando Florida,
so close to Disney you can see the fireworks.
The Gatehouse is the last villa to be built and as so the newest villa at Highgate Park Orlando.
Highgate Park is one of Orlando’s most sort after villa locations, nestled close to some of the area’s best kept wildlife.
The Gatehouse villa is part of a secure gated community with electronic gates that require your own private code issued to each party of guests. Highgate has the added addition of having a special arrangement with our local Sheriff's office that patrol Highgate regularly keeping an eye on not only my property but more importantly your complete safety while you are a guest of the Highgate Park community. Other communities do not have this level of security and we pride ourselves with the lack of crime found within Highgate Park.
Whats at the Villa?
As you first enter the Gatehouse you will find to your surprise, the true hidden size of this wonderful home in the sun.
With five full size double bedrooms. One being the Master Super King with en-suite bathroom attached, there are a further two full size double Queen bedrooms plus two more rooms with two single beds in each room, so we think your sleeping requirements will be more than covered. Add to these our four bathrooms, two large lounge areas, two dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry and a full games room to keep children of all ages happy, you will not be disappointed.
Bedrooms.
The Master bedroom has the largest Super King-size double bed we could find in Florida, we are sure you will sleep far too well after a long day at the theme parks so we have added an alarm clock to wake you the next day. This King bedroom has an attached en-suit bathroom "explained later".
There are two Queen bedrooms one having access to the pool area via the patio doors, the second being on the second floor. Each Queen bedroom has access to a full bathroom as do the two Twin bedrooms located close by.
Each of the five bedrooms also have flat screen Plasma TVs with built in DVD players
Bathrooms
The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms, so no fighting for a bathroom before a day at the Parks or night out on the town.
The master en-suite has: Full size bath/tub, his and her vanity basins, very large walk in shower
plus toilet cubicle with lockable door.
There are two other full size bathrooms, each Queen and one Twin share one bathroom.
Finally we have a fourth half bathroom close to the games and pool area.
The Kitchen
We have a full size kitchen with large family size cooker, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle plus so much more, the list goes on and on.
The villa has a more than plentiful supply of plates, cups Glasses, pots, pans and cutlery. You will want for nothing. There is also a pantry cupboard for all your holiday food supplies.
Just to the side of the kitchen we have the breakfast nook with views over the pool area; also we have a breakfast bar with high stools within the kitchen area.
The Lounge areas
The Gatehouse has two lounges so getting away from the crowd will not be a problem here.
The first lounge is our formal area and is the only TV safe zone we have, ideal for getting away and reading a book or playing cards, with seating for 6 adults. Another good place to lay and read is in the villas office area.
The second lounge area known as the family room is just off from the kitchen and ideal for those nights in watching the 50” plasma TV or watching a DVD. We also have our music centre here for a little music while out in the pool. This lounge area will seat 7+, and one of the seats turns out into a very comfortable double bed for the 11th and 12th guest.
Our secluded (not over looked) heated Pool & Spa
Protected by a safety fence and electronic door alarm. This pool area is one of only a few very select villas at Highgate that do not have other villas over looking from all sides so your privacy is going to be maintained.
The pool deck is an oversize option to give you so much more room to relax in the wonderful Florida sunshine that hits this pool area all day long during the long hot summer days.
Seating and an outside dining table are supplied as are four sun lounges and four chairs.

Just for your enjoyment we have added a Games room
The games room is equipped with pool table, air hockey, fuzz ball table, table tennis, table and bar stools and Playstation 2 with dedicated TV.
So if it’s raining and it often is for a short time in Orlando you can send the kids here to play while you crash out in the lounge.
New addition BBQ/Grill
We now supply a new BBQ/GRILL for your use during your stay at the Gatehouse, we as owners do not charge for this service. However in order to keep the appliance in good working condition you will be charged a small fee by our villa property management team who supply free gas for the duration of the contract.

Highgate Park Amenities
Highgate has so much to offer including our free to use tennis court so take your rackets with you, we have our children’s play area with free rides for the kids.
Just behind the play area is a wonderful nature walk that takes you through the forest that surrounds Highgate on two sides, so bring some quality walking shoes you will need them at the Theme Parks or buy some from Wal-Mart just down the road from Highgate Park.
