In the Lounge are there is soft seating comprising of large settee, two-seater love seat and a single chair providing comfortable seating, with a 27 inch television with cable service, DVD player and stereo. Sliding patio doors lead to the covered lanai and pool deck.
The Kitchen id fully equipped with twin sinks, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, food mixer, electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker . . . in fact just about everything you are likely to need in a kitchen! A feature is the "Butler's Pantry" providing additional cupboard storage and working surface. Just off the Kitchen is a Kitchen Nook providing a table and four chairs, with three bar stools allowing seating at the breakfast bar, a pleasant place to sit and enjoy each other’s company whilst making a little light breakfast and coffee.
The First Master Bedroom is on the Lower Floor, providing King-size bed with dressing table, television, plus an En-Suite Bathroom. The Loft Area provides an open space for relaxation with Internet ready PC, recliner, bookcase and lamp. Relax and enjoy the conservation area view from the SW facing Pool Area, the double patio doors from the Lounge Area give views over to woodlands and lead out to the fully screened 26ft x 15ft curved heated pool (Pool Heating is an optional extra).
The pool has the added luxury of a large spa to aid relaxation after a busy day at the theme park. The extended pool deck has the benefit of the sun for most hours of the day and has luxury padded chairs and loungers. Sit out and enjoy a drink and the evening sunset under our covered lanai.
