There are two Master Bedrooms with their own En-Suite Bathrooms; one offers a King-Size bed and the other a Queen. Two further spacious bedrooms, both with twin beds, and a third Family Bathroom provide a relaxing living space for up to eight members of your party, although by using the sofa bed there is scope for up to 10 guests to stay.
The living accommodation is a spacious 2000 square feet, more than enough space for two families holidaying together. The family room has comfortable sofas and chairs for you to relax in after a hectic day exploring the parks. There is cable TV with DVD Player complete with a selection of family films to keep everyone entertained.
For further family fun this superb villa has a fully air-conditioned and furnished games room containing an extensive range of games for everyone to enjoy, plus some gym items for those that really would like to do a little exercise. The Kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and a fridge freezer that incorporates an icemaker serving Ice and chilled water.
Should you wish to cook in the Villa, you will find there is a wonderful and extensive range of items for entertaining or just chilling out over a home cooked meal with the family.
Located just of the kitchen is a separate dining room for formal evening meals and entertaining. The breakfast area, complete with large bay window and seating, offers another option for meal times. Just off the Kitchen Area the laundry room provides all the facilities you will need to wash your clothes before returning home, should you wish to do so.
The first Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed with en-suite facilities consisting of a huge corner bath, large walk in shower, twin basins and separate toilet. A further two Twin Bedrooms share the Family Bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and Cable TV. The Family Bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, basin and toilet.
This fantastic villa has a secluded private screened pool area with a heated pool, covered lanai and extended sun deck, which is in full sun all day. The pool area is not directly overlooked and the pool and lanai have lighting and are ideal for evening meals and fun in the pool.
For our smaller guests, we have provided a Cot and Bedding, Highchair and Stroller all free of charge.
