This Luxury Executive Villa affords 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms – More than enough space for two families to share. An added bonus is the two Living Areas , offering guests the luxury of a Quiet Formal Lounge Area & Family Room, separated by a Fully Fitted Kitchen.
The Quiet Room at the main entrance of the villa is a peaceful room for relaxing in after a busy day, with 3 & 2 seater settees; it also holds a pleasant setting for a romantic dinner of table and 4 chairs. The Family Room with large TV/DVD with patio doors leading directly to the pool and spa area.
The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, with a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc; the sink includes a waste disposal and water filter system. There is an array of pots, pans, cutlery and glasses etc provided, (plastic beakers and plates for the pool area), also another dining table with places for 6 and a breakfast bar with stools.
The laundry room between the kitchen and double garage is equipped with a full size washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board.
There are 2 Master Suites; the first Master Suite has a King-size bed, large dressing table and mirror, En-Suite with twin hand-basins, large bath-tub, separate shower and WC. There is a pool access door from the En-Suite plus large patio doors from the bedroom to the poolside.
